Rise Rooted: The Body, Dream, & Mythic Imagination

If we surrendered to Earth's intelligence, we could rise up rooted...

Imagine standing beside an ancient tree at dusk. Roots descending into dark living soil. Branches opening toward mystery and stars. What if your body could listen like this?

What if perception could deepen root-like beneath the surface of ordinary awareness?

This course is an invitation into the body as a doorway to the mythic imagination. Through movement, dreamwork, and deep imaginal practice, we explore how the world lives and dreams through us—through sensation, image, story, and relationship with the living Earth.

The body becomes a place of perception, where sensation and imagination arise in a living dialogue with the world. Dreams become guides. Images emerge not only from the mind, but from a deeper relational field between psyche, body, soul, and Earth.

Together, we enter a field where body and imagination are not separate. The land becomes a partner in perception. Imagination becomes relational. And life itself can be experienced as a living story unfolding through us.

As we learn to listen in this way, the body begins to root like a living tree. Perception softens and begins to rewild. Mythic imagination opens. And a deeper belonging begins to take shape, within us and between us.

Across cultures, the tree appears as a bridge between worlds: roots in the Earth, branches in the sky, and a living trunk that holds them together. This pattern is not only symbolic, it can be felt in the body, and sensed through dream, story, and imagination. In many traditions, the world-tree is understood as an ancestral presence connecting visible and invisible realms.

Through movement, dreamwork, imaginal journeys, mythic reflection, creative exploration, and invitations for wandering and listening between sessions, participants will explore what it means to root more deeply into the body and the living Earth while opening to the imaginal and spiritual dimensions of life.
